The Central Bank of Azerbaijan signed an agreement with the Azerbaijani Pasha Sigorta insurance company, the winner of the tender on insurance of fixed assets, cash and vehicles (CASCO), belonging to the bank, said the tender commission.
The Central Bank looks forward to a profitable collaboration in the future with other bidders.
Pasha Sigorta, a member of Pasha Holding, provides services to corporate and individual clients on 30 types of insurance. The authorized capital amounts to 9 million manat, and the current aggregate assets - 18.5 million. Since 2007, the company's management system is certified by the British agency Moody on international standard ISO 9001: 2000. Since 2009, Pasha Sigorta is a participant to the UN Global Compact (UN Global Compact Initiative) for the protection of human rights, environmental protection and countering corruption.
On Oct. 2, the official exchange rate is 0.8035 manat to $1.
