Prices on construction materials in Baku increased by 0.8 percent in November, and compared to the previous quarter by 0.7 percent, the Real Estate Market Participants organization reported.
"Compared to the same period of 2009 the prices increased by 23 percent, and compared to early 2010 by 20.1 percent," the report said.

A slight increase in prices of construction materials in November was happened as the result of higher prices for wood materials. Price reduction was observed on construction sand and roof coat.
Last month, the monitoring was conducted on construction materials in 38 items and 88 kinds of construction materials. The share of local production in the market amounted to 53.41 percent, import - 46.59 percent.
In November, compared to the previous month, the share of local production of construction materials in the overall portfolio is 3.26 times higher than the cost of imported goods.
