The Georgian government prepares a memorandum to construct a cascade of hydroelectric power stations Lekarede and Magana, the Georgian Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources said on Tuesday.
According to the information, the Georgian government and the Turkish company ATAZ CONSTRUCTION AND INDUSTRY will formalize an agreement to build a cascade of hydropower stations Lekarede and Magana on October 26.
The capacity of the Magana hydroelectric station is 20.6 MW, Lekarde hydroelectric station - 20 MW.
The signing ceremony will be held at the Energy Ministry.
