Last Monday, October 21,at the Park Inn Hotel in Baku an event devoted to MBA education in the best business schools of the world, MBA25 too place. This event managed by the MBA Strategy Company as organiser, was held in Baku for the second year in a row.
MBA25 is a useful event for people who plan to sign up for an MBA programme in a year or two. Guests of the MBA25 event were representatives of top business schools around the world. The event's main feature was to enable participants to speak personally with admission officers and alumni of business schools. This year in the CIS, MBA25 will be held for the 15th time.
This year in Baku three best European business schools: IE, HEC and INSEAD attended. Partners of the event were business sites like Buznesinfo.az, Day.az, Trend.az, and a site for employees of the banking and financial sectors - Banker.az. One of the key partners of the event was Azerbaijan's largest portal for job search Job.day.az. AEGEE Baku also became a partner of MBA25.
MBA25 combines several formats: one to one personal meetings, interviews with business school admissions officers, information sessions where there were thematic meetings with representatives from the business school where they present their programme and details of admission to schools. At the end of the event participants were able to take part in the MBA25 cocktail - networking event in an informal atmosphere with all the other participants. The pleasant atmosphere of the evening was enhanced with a superb Azerbaijan vine created by unique wine tasting partner Caspian Coast Vinery.
