Kazakh National Bank suspended the license for brokerage and dealer activities in the equity market of the investment company Asyl Invest

By Elena Kosolapova - Trend: Kazakh National Bank suspended the license for brokerage and dealer activities in the equity market of the investment company Asyl Invest, the company reported on April 6.

The license was suspended for a three months period as a sanction following company's audit held by the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations under the National Bank held in October-November 2013.

Meanwhile the sanctions have not been imposed on the company's license for the management of clients' investment portfolios.

"Asyl Invest is taking all measures to resume a brokerage license as soon as possible, which will be resumed not later than July 4, 2014," the company said.
Asyl Invest will continue introducing advanced developments aimed at further improvement of customer service during the period of the license suspension, according to the company.
