Turkmenistan's state concern Turkmennebit (Turkmenoil) announces an international tender.
The tender is for the provision of services for the development, maintenance, and complete overhaul of wells at the fields of the state concern for a period between 2015 and 2022.
The companies interested in the tender are invited to:
- submit an application expressing desire to take part in the tender, indicating the participant's full name, legal status, registration country and details (offshore companies' applications are not accepted);
- get familiar with tender rules;
- obtain requirements specification of the lot;
- obtain tender documents by paying $1,725 (with VAT).
The tender proposals will be accepted until March 26, 12:00 (UTC/GMT +5 hours).
The envelopes with tender offers should be drawn up in accordance with the list of tender documents and delivered to the address below starting from the date of publication of the announcement.
The offer will be accepted for consideration after the receipt of funds in the account.
