Number of Kazakh companies slightly down in Turkey

In January-May 2019, 11 companies with Kazakh capital were registered in Turkey, which is four companies less compared to the same period of 2018, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) told Trend.

The total capital of Kazakh companies registered in Turkey in January-May 2019 reached 1.700 million Turkish lira, while in the same period of 2018 this figure reached 2.302 million Turkish lira.

In January-May 2019, the biggest number of Kazakh companies was registered in Istanbul (six companies) and their capital reached 850,000 lira.

During the reporting period, four companies with Kazakh capital (845,000 liras) were registered in Antalya.

The remaining Kazakh companies were registered in January-May 2019 in other regions of the country.

In January-May 2019, one mining, three construction companies, five wholesale and retail companies with Kazakh capital were registered in Turkey. The rest two companies were involved in other sectors of the economy.

The total capital of five wholesale and retail companies registered during the reporting period reached 205,200 lira.
