Dostlug LLC, the Azerbaijani plant producing canned goods located in Lankaran city, (which has switched to a partial mode of operation since the beginning of the year), is operating in accordance with the full schedule, a source at the plant told Trend.

The source noted that all the production workshops of the plant are operating at full capacity.

“The plant is restoring the production volumes of canned products, the main share of which accounts for compotes,” the source said. “The products are sold in the domestic market. In the future, export deliveries are envisaged. Russia and Turkey are considered as potential sales markets.”

“By the end of the year, we plan to gradually increase production volumes, up to about 10-15 percent,” the source added. “Moreover, the issue related to export can be considered no earlier than next year.”

The source also noted that the products have a certificate of conformity issued by the State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patents.

The plant has equipment manufactured in Russia and Poland.
