Uzbekistan’s Ambassador to the Benelux countries Dilyor Khakimov met with the representatives of the Belgian BATS company specializing in development of advanced technological solutions, on Oct. 14, 2019, Trend reports citing Uzbekistan’s Foreign Ministry.
During the negotiations, representatives of BATS expressed interest in establishing cooperation with relevant departments and companies of Uzbekistan. Following the meeting, an agreement was reached on arranging mutual visits to Uzbekistan and Belgium in 2020.
The Belgian side intends to demonstrate examples of its advanced developments and the advantages of their practical application. The company is also ready to discuss the creation of joint production enterprises with Uzbek partners.
BATS specializes in the design, development and delivery of advanced technological solutions in the field of protection of civilian infrastructure, defense and security, as well as in the field of monitoring systems for critical urban infrastructure and border and coastal zones.
