Embassy of Uzbekistan and City Hall of Surkhandarya region discussed issues of investment cooperation with representatives of Japanese Gaina-Pro company, during online negotiations, Trend reports with the reference to Uzbek media.
In particular, the sides considered the possibility of implementing projects in such areas as recycling of household waste and wastewater treatment of industrial enterprises.
Gaina-Pro confirmed its interest in participation in projects planned for implementation in Surkhandarya region.
Issues of responsibility of the parties and the place of domestic waste processing project's implementation were also on the agenda.
Following the negotiations, an agreement on Memorandum of Understanding concluding between Surkhandarya Region and Gaina-Pro was reached.
Gaina-Pro is known for its unique insulating paint, originally developed by the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA). Besides thermal insulation, it can also be used for sound insulation, deodorization and more.
