A plant for the production of various types of ceramic products will be launched in the Lebap region of Turkmenistan, Trend reports with reference to the Business Turkmenistan information portal.
Currently, the construction of the plant has entered the final stage. So, its main and auxiliary facilities have already been built. Also, commissioning works are carried out with the participation of foreign specialists.
The annual production capacity of the company is designed to manufacture approximately 192,000 tons of ceramics.
To the date, the main part of the equipment from leading Italian, Spanish and Japanese manufacturers has already been delivered, the rest has been sent by partners and is on the way.
The construction of the enterprise is carried out by 'Dovletli Dovran' company.
As reported, 'Dovletli Dovran' plans to export ceramic products to Russia, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan. Some foreign customers have already made pre-orders.
In addition to this enterprise, there are other ones in the country that produce ceramic bricks.
'Dag merjeni' company put into operation an enterprise for the production of ceramic patterned bricks in the Dashoguz region last year.
In addition, a plant for the production of ceramic bricks with a capacity of 1 million units per year was launched last year in the Akhal region of the country.
