Iran's flag career, known internationally as IranAir, is scheduled to resume flights to Frankfurt after months of suspension, Trend reports via IRNA.
IranAir flights to Frankfurt will be resumed on October 3, after months of suspension due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
In August, the head of the Civil Aviation Organization of Iran pointed to the waiting of passengers for the resumption of Iranian flights to three German cities, and said that the flight permits have been obtained but the CAO is waiting for the final approval of the German Ministry of Health.
"IranAir has obtained flight license to 3 German cities and we are waiting for the German Ministry of Health`s license,” Touraj Dehghani-Zanganeh, the head of Iran's Civil Aviation Organization said in August.
According to IRNA, flights to Turkey have been resumed from today.
