About 87 percent of Iran's total exports were exported through 10 provinces of Iran during the first six months of the current Iranian year (March 20-September 21, 2020), Trend reports citing the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade of Iran.
According to the report, the largest share in total exports belongs to Bushehr, Hormozgan, Khuzestan, Kermanshah, Razavi Khorasan, West Azerbaijan, Tehran, East Azerbaijan, Isfahan, and Markazi provinces, respectively.
“About 63 percent of the goods were exported through the Bushehr, Hormozgan and Khuzestan provinces during the reporting period,” the report said.
According to the report, the exported goods over the same period belonged to 10 provinces of Iran. These provinces were Bushehr, Khuzestan, Tehran, Isfahan, Kerman, Razavi Khorasan, East Azerbaijan, Fars, Markazi,, and Yazd provinces, respectively. About 87 percent of exported goods belonged to these provinces.
“There were recorded significant increases in exports of Tehran, Kerman, Isfahan, Yazd, Fars, Lorestan, Hamadan, Ardabil, Alborz, Mazandaran, Chahar-Mahal and Bakhtiari, South Khorasan and Markazi provinces,” the report added.
Iran exported 46.3 million tons of products (excluding crude oil and white oil) worth $13.5 billion during the first six months of the current Iranian year (March 20-September 21, 2020).
