Iran issued licenses for setting up of 499 enterprises in the Zanjan Province (western Iran) during the first six months of the current Iranian year (March 21 through September 22, 2021), Chairman of Industry, Mine, and Trade Organization of Zanjan Province Nasser Faghfouri said, Trend reports citing the organization’s website.
According to Faghfouri, a total of 94.3 trillion rials (about $2.25 billion) is to be spent on these enterprises.
The chairman also added that 11,200 people are expected to be employed after the launch of these enterprises.
He noted that these enterprises will operate in the production of non-metallic minerals, metal products, rubber products, electrical equipment.
