The State Veterinary Service under the Agriculture Ministry continues struggle with bird flu, Trend reports referring to the press release spread by the Service.
Three complex monitoring was held with participation of the specialists of the veterinary service, the Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry, the Health Ministry and the Azerbaijan Society of Hunters. The last monitoring was held in parks and natural preserves from 8 to 20 November.
During the last event specialists took blood test of 1,200 birds, which did not show any signs of the disease.
The message underlines that the Veterinary Service take appropriate measures on safety.
