The law on injection of changes and supplements into some legal acts will be submitted to the Milli Majlis [Parliament] for discussion in relation to application of the bill on public property register, the Milli Majlis Permanent Commission on agrarian policy told Trend.
The changes and supplements have been injected to 14 laws in regard to application of the bill. 5 of them concern agrarian field, particularly, regarding prevention of fragmentation in this sphere, improvement of right of property and strengthening of control over management. The Public Property Register Service under the Cabinet of Ministers has been established at the decree by Azerbaijani President in this respect.
The document will be submitted to the Milli Majlis for discussion taking into consideration some defects of editorial character.
