The representatives of Azerbaijan leaved for Riga to participate at the 34th session of the European Commission on agriculture (June 7) and the 25th regional conference of Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). The Azerbaijani deputy agricultural minister Bahram Aliyev and the head of the department of the international relations of the scientific-agrarian center of the ministry Yagub Guliyev will attend the event, Trend reports with reference to the Agricutural ministry.
The 8-9 June meeting of FAO is expected to discuss the issues of the development of the rural territories in accordance with the requirements of conducting the World Food summit, the condition of the virus bird fly in Europe and Commonwealth of Independent States, the issues of the regional cooperation, the development of the European agricultural market and etc.
