Works are being continued for monitoring of the laws adopted during previous sessions of Milli Majlis [Azerbaijani Parliament].
The results of monitoring will be presented to the discussions of the parliament when legislative acts will be developed or annexes and changes will be made to relevant acts, deputy chairman of Milli Majlis Valeh Aleskerov told Trend. He stressed that Azerbaijan is rapidly developing and in some cases, it becomes necessary to make annexes and changes to several laws.
Touching on the adoption of the law On oil at the fall session of parliament, Aleskerov spelled out that there is no legal problem with regulation of oil and gas infrastructure of Azerbaijan. In what cases and for what purposes does it need to adopt law On oil, Aleskerov questioned.
