Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend I.Khalilova / The State Committee for Securities registered the issue prospectus of ordinary registered stocks of "Turanbank" OJSC.
The volume of the issue is AZN 1,000,000 and face value per stock 1,000 AZN. According to the issue prospectus, placement will be held by means of a public subscription at the Baku Stock Exchange. "Standard Capital" LLC will be the underwriter of stock placements.
