Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / The State Real Property Register Service of Azerbaijan, a South Caucasus country, has issued 117,452 property registration certificates since 1 March, 2006, with 26,764 certificates issued for land lots, 64,587 for flats, 19,154 for private houses, and 6,947 for other forms of property.
Some 31,033 certificates were issued at first registration, 77,050 at secondary registration, and 9,369 at mortgage lending.
Some 62,149 certificates were issued in Baku (12,877 at first registration, 42,222 at secondary, and 7,050 at mortgage lending).
According to the Service, the registration of secondary dwelling has increased in the country. The registration of secondary dwelling in Baku exceeds the registration of primary one by 3 times.
