Azerbaijan, Baku /corr. Trend U.Ismaylova / On 19 July the Minister of Finance of Azerbaijan, Samir Sharifov, received the Executive Director of Citygroup for Europe, Near East and Africa, William Mils, the Ministry reports.
The meeting focused on the relations between Azerbaijan and Citygroup and further expansion of Bank's activity in Azerbaijan.
In 2005-2006 Citygroup made consultations to Azerbaijan in receiving credit rating from Moody's Investors Service. In addition, Citygroup was selected as Azerbaijan's manager to put first issues into international financial markets.
