Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. I.Khalilova / The State Kapital Bank is planning to implement its own mortgage program with loans totalling $10mln from October, Rauf Rzayev, the chairman of the management of the bank, said.
Mortgage loans from Kapital Bank will be rendered on low terms and high percentages within the State mortgage program.
The State Mortgage Program developed by the National Bank of Azerbaijan began operating on 1 March 2006.
The Azerbaijani Mortgage Fund has allocated loans totalling AZN 46mln over 15 year terms.
