Iran's South Zagros Oil and Gas Production Company (SZOGPC) is currently implementing three projects worth 280 million euros, Executive Director of the company Abolhassan Mohammadi said, Trend reports citing the company’s website.

He made the remark during a meeting with members of the energy committee of the Iranian parliament.

Mohammadi noted that under the 3 projects, Homa and Varavi stations on increasing gas pressure and Tabnak Gas Processing Center are being built.

The director added that the SZOGPC currently accounts for 9 percent of Iran's total gas production and supplies gas to the Parsian Gas Refinery.

"Currently, there are no problems in the company's extraction. If the company’s incentive plans are approved by the energy committee of the Iranian parliament, it is possible to increase production without the participation of foreigners," he said.
