BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 12. The adaptation of new digital technologies to align with the knowledge and skills of the workforce, as well as the transition to a modern labor market shaped by an evolving work environment, constitute some of the key challenges facing Azerbaijan, Azerbaijan’s Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Sahil Babayev told reporters on the sidelines of COP29 in Baku, Trend reports.
"We believe that as time progresses, it is essential to prioritize the enhancement of knowledge, skills, and competencies in Azerbaijan. As new technologies are introduced in our country, the nature of numerous jobs evolves, creating a pressing demand for a future-ready workforce," he emphasized.
The minister emphasized that addressing these needs requires enhancing knowledge, skills, and competencies.
