MIDA LLC under the State Housing Construction Agency of Azerbaijan has announced a tender for construction of several buildings within the social housing complex in the Hovsan settlement of Surakhani district of Baku.
The tender is held on 13 lots, which stipulate construction of various sections in five seven-story buildings.
The participation fee in the tender on each lot is as following: 900 manats (lot No. 1), 700 manats (lot No. 2), 900 manats (lot No. 3), 700 manats (lot No. 4), 700 manats (lot No. 5), 700 manats (lot No. 6), 500 manats (lot No. 7), 700 manats (lot No. 8), 700 manats (lot No. 8), 700 manats (lot No. 9), 500 manats (lot No. 10), 700 manats ( lot No. 11), 700 manats (lot No. 12), 500 manats (lot No. 13).
Those interested in the tender must send their proposals no later than 17:00 April 26, 2018 to the address: Baku, Jalil Mammadguluzadeh Str., 85Z.
Envelopes with bids submitted after the deadline will be returned, without opening.

The bids will be opened at 11:00 on April 27, 2018 in the MIDA building.
A land plot of 20 hectares is allocated for the construction of social housing in the village of Hovsan. A total of 3,000 apartments are planned to be built.
MIDA LLC is subordinate to the State Agency for Housing Construction. Currently, the agency is building a residential complex for a privileged category of the population in the Yasamal district of Baku, the construction of which will be completed in mid 2019.
