The Chuanqing Drilling Engineering Co. Ltd. under the China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) has announced a tender for the purchase of engine oil, lubricants (gearbox oil and axle grease).
The interested parties are required to submit an application; power of attorney issued to an authorized representative; information about the tender participant, indicating his full name, legal status, country of registration and details, with a copy of constituent and permissive documents.
