Turkmenistan’s Railway open joint stock company has opened a tender for the purchase of spare parts for locomotives, as well as radio communication equipment.
The potential bidders are required to submit a written application, indicating the full name, legal status and details, as well as attach to it the registration and charter documents of the applicant, power of attorney and copy of the passport of the applicant’s representative.
An invoice for $575 (including $75 for VAT) for each lot should be issued.
From companies registered or having bank accounts in offshore zones, tender documents will not be accepted.
Tender documents must be submitted separately in two packages (technical and commercial proposals).
Bids are accepted within 30 business days.
