The Uzbek-Korean JV Uz-Kor Gas Chemical LLC has announced a tender for the purchase of spare parts for a laboratory analyzer.
The following potential suppliers are not allowed to participate:
- suppliers being at the stage of reorganization (merger, acquisition, division, separation, transformation), liquidation, or bankruptcy;
- suppliers who failed to submit all the necessary documents for the tender in due time;
- suppliers who did not properly fulfill their obligations under previously concluded contracts;
- suppliers who are in a state of litigation with the Customer;
- suppliers registered in states or territories that provide a preferential tax regime and/or do not provide for the disclosure and provision of information when conducting financial transactions (offshore zones), or having accounts with banks located in offshore zones in accordance with the legislation of Uzbekistan.
Tender applications are accepted till 15:00 (GMT +5) — Nov. 30, 2020.
