The Uzbek-Korean joint venture Uz-Kor Gas Chemical JSC has announced a tender for the purchase of gases.
The following suppliers are not allowed to participate in the tender:
suppliers who are at the stage of reorganization (merger, acquisition, division, separation, transformation), liquidation, or bankruptcy;
suppliers that failed to provide all the necessary documents for the competitive selection within the prescribed time limit;
suppliers who did not properly fulfill their obligations under previously concluded contracts;
suppliers who are in a state of litigation with the Customer;
suppliers that are not registered on the territory of Uzbekistan.
Tender applications are accepted till 18:00 (GMT +5) — Dec. 7, 2020.
