BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 7. Turkmennebit State Concern of Turkmenistan has announced an open international tender for the purchase of drilling, technological, and factory equipment.
The tender applications should be submitted no later than March 3, 2023.
One sealed envelope with a full tender offer (quotation) certified with a mastic seal must be delivered to the specified address. It is mandatory to enclose the electronic version of the questionnaire, the main terms of the contract (Word format), and the technical and economic specifications (Excel format) in the tender envelope.
An invoice for $575 (including VAT) should be issued.
