Baytemir Ibrayev has been appointed as Kyrgyzstan's deputy prosecutor general.
Kyrgyz President Roza Otunbayeva signed the corresponding order on Friday, KyrTAG reported.
"By order, Baytemir Ibrayev Karypbekovich has been appointed," the report says.
It should be recalled that Ibrayev has been appointed acting Prosecutor General on April 9, 2010. On Sept.13, in accordance with the law "On enactment of the Constitution of Kyrgyzstan", adopted by referendum on June 27, 2010, Ibrayev was dismissed by presidential decree.
