BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 24. Kyrgyzstan’s the only enterprise in the oil and gas industry Kyrgyzneftegaz plans to increase oil production, Trend reports via the press service of the Economy Ministry of Kyrgyzstan.
According to the ministry, the company expects to increase the volume of oil production from the already developed fields up to 300,000 tons per year and keep gas production in the amount of 30 million cubic meters by 2025.
In addition, the company plans to modernize the Kyrgyz Petroleum Company in order to produce products that meet the standards of the EAEU.
Kyrgyzneftegaz is the country's only oil and gas company with a complete production cycle, from geological exploration through oil and gas exploration to the production and sale of oil products.
