BISHKEK, Kyrgyzstan, July 18. Kyrgyzstan's non-tax revenues to the state budget amounted to 37.8 billion soms ($430.1 million) from January through June 2023, accounting for 19.5 percent of the total income, Trend reports.
According to the Ministry of Finance of Kyrgyzstan, this revenue surpassed the corresponding period of the previous year by 12.5 billion soms ($142.2 million) or 49.7 percent.
The ministry said that the approved plan for non-tax revenues to the state budget for the first half of 2023 was set at 22.6 billion soms ($257.2 million), while the revised plan was raised to 31.1 billion soms ($353.9 million). Thus, the revised plan for non-tax revenues in Kyrgyzstan's budget for the first six months was exceeded by 21.5 percent.
Meanwhile, state budget revenues in Kyrgyzstan from January through May 2023 amounted to 142.920 billion soms ($1.6 billion), which is 34.9 percent more than in the same period last year.
Tax revenues for the state budget of the country accounted for 75.5 percent of the total income, reaching 107.937 billion soms ($1.2 billion). Non-tax budget revenues amounted to 30.9 billion soms ($351.6 million).
