Tajikistan and Pakistan discussed the opportunities in investment cooperation, Avesta.Tj reported on April 9 with the reference to Tajik ministry of foreign affairs.
During the meeting of Tajik ambassador to Pakistan Sherali Jononov with Pakistan's federal minister for commerce Engr Khurram Dastagir, the current state and the perspectives for cooperation in trade sphere were discussed.
The sides also discussed the possibility of organizing and conducting exhibitions of industrial goods, arranging business delegations and investors' visits, as well as Pakistani companies' participation in investment projects in Tajikistan.
Both sides expressed readiness to agree the final draft of trilateral agreement between Tajikistan, Afghanistan and Pakistan on transit trade.
