ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, September 27. Turkmenistan and Russian group of industrial association companies "Vozrozhdenie" (GPSC) are expanding cooperation in infrastructure projects, Trend reports.
This was revealed following the meeting between President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and Igor Bukato, the leader of the GPSC.
The President of Turkmenistan noted that favorable conditions for foreign companies have been created in the country and expressed readiness to consider new proposals from Russian partners aimed at expanding cooperation.
At the meeting, Igor Bukato emphasized the success of the company in Turkmenistan, which gave a powerful impetus to the country's socio-economic development and the growth of its authority in the international arena, and expressed readiness to continue working on new projects.
In turn, the head of state noted the importance of attracting innovative technologies in the development of the country's economy. He expressed satisfaction with the long-standing successful cooperation with the GPSC, noting that the company has proven itself as a reliable partner whose projects meet international quality standards.
Vozrozhdenie's contribution to the creation of the Magtymguly Pyragy cultural and park complex was also discussed. The Russian company participated in the design and implementation of design works at the complex.
The non-profit partnership Vozrozhdenie unites the largest enterprises of North-West Russia and actively participates in urbanization, implementing projects for the construction of highways, bridges, airports, and pedestrian zones. The company specializes in natural stone extraction, production of building materials, and restoration of historical monuments. Its operations cover Russia and Turkmenistan, including such cities as St. Petersburg, Moscow, Astrakhan, Ashgabat, and Turkmenbashi.
