BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 6. Uzbekneftegaz JSC developed new well No.23 at the Kuyi Surgil field (Republic of Karakalpakstan), Trend reports via the company's statement.
As a result of the work carried out, an industrial gas flow of 650,000-700,000 cubic meters of gas and 5.5 tons of gas condensate per day was obtained.
The Kuyi Surgil gas condensate field is located on the territory of the Muynak region of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and was put into operation in 2018.
Previously, Uzbekneftegaz JSC completed an overhaul at well No.112 of the Shimoliy Berdak field (Republic of Karakalpakstan).
As a result of the work carried out, an industrial gas flow of 130,000 cubic meters of gas and 2.3 tons of gas condensate per day was obtained.
