BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 12. Uzbekistan's financial sector index at the Uzbek Republican Stock Exchange reached 343.45 points on April 12, decreasing by 4.85 points from April 11 (348.30 points), Trend reports via the Exchange.
The figure for the industrial sector has decreased, settling at 3,936.85 points – an increase of 13.68 points, compared to the April 11 figure (3,923.17 points).
The figure for the construction sector reached points 3,944.41 on April 12 from 3,819.13 points on April 11.
The trade sector index reached points 12,939.0 on April 12, increasing by 3.97 points compared to the April 11 figure (12,935.0 points).
Uzbekistan's "Toshkent" Republican stock exchange was formed in 1994 to help further expand economic reforms in the country and protect private property and business development.
