National unity stabilizes Iran's nuclear energy: Majlis deputy
( IRNA ) - A Majlis deputy said here Thursday that calling the year 1386 the year of "national unity and Islamic solidarity" was an emphasis on firm determination of the Muslim Iranian nation to stabilize nuclear energy in Iran.
MP from western city of Hamedan Hamid-Reza Haji-Babaei was speaking to IRNA as he pointed to a message issued by the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei on the occasion of beginning of the new Iranian fiscal year calling 1386 the year of "national unity and Islamic solidarity".
"To follow the motto of national unity and Islamic solidarity will neutralize conspiracies of enemies," he said.
He said the motto shows the US economic sanctions will have no impact on the Iranian nation's will.
Creating discord among Shi'ite and Sunni Muslims is a plot recently hatched by enemies against Iran, he added.
The enemies, the US in particular, have realized that no one can weaken Muslims, the MP noted.
