Yanukovych: VRU session will not threaten the country

( ForUm ) - Prime Minister of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych considers that extraordinary VRU session will not threaten situation destabilization in Ukraine. He said that in an interview to "Inter" TV channel, answering the question whether PR People's deputies are going to participate in VRU session on September 4, the ForUm's correspondnet informs.

"There are no reasons not to gather. It depends on sense. In case this session threatens destabilization of the situation in the country - one should not call the session. That's why I consider it is necessary to take agenda of the session very seriously," he said.

According to Yanukovych, if there is a necessity to consider important for the country questions, there is no bad in such sessions.

"People's deputies have authorities and nobody cancelled them according to laws," he added.

As a reminder, press service of the VRU informs that ceremonial opening of the IV session of the VRU of V convocation will take place on Tuesday, September 4, 2007 at 10 a.m.
