Turkey, Spain FMs discuss Iran's nuclear program

Turkey's Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu met with his Spanish counterpart Miguel Angel Moratinos in Madrid, the Anadolu Agency reported.

During the meeting, which was closed to the press, the diplomatic efforts of the two ministers on Iran's nuclear program and, in this context, the results of Davutoglu's recent visit to Tehran were discussed, as well as opening of new chapters in the negotiations on Turkey's accession to the EU and developments in the Cyprus issue.

According to reports, Davutoglu described the Turkish-Spanish relations, as experiencing a "golden age", while Moratinos said that Spain firmly supports Turkey's EU bid.
