Turkey's Vestel company, manufacturing household appliances, will close down its enterprise in Russia, Fortune Turkiye newspaper reported March 1.
The company head Turan Erdogan said that it is not related to the crisis in Russian-Turkish relations, adding that the decision was made before that.
He noted that previously, Vestel closed down one of its enterprises in Russia due to the economic crisis in this country.
Vestel company was founded in Turkey's Manisa city in 1984. It manufactures TVs, air conditioners and other home appliances.
