Information on insurance companies and list of companies that are required to publish their financial statements and consolidated financial statements will be transferred to Azerbaijan’s Financial Market Supervisory Body.
This is provided in the amendments to the “Rules of submission and publication of annual financial statements and consolidated financial statements of commercial organizations” approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan.
These changes are connected with the liquidation of the State Insurance Supervision Service under the Azerbaijani Finance Ministry and the transfer of its functions to Azerbaijan’s Financial Market Supervisory Body.
Earlier, all relevant information was transferred to the Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan.
