BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 21. The authoritative international rating agency Moody's in its analysis regarding the CIS banking sector forecasts the growth of Azerbaijan's economy in 2024-2025, Trend reports via Moody's.
According to the presented graph, the growth rate of Azerbaijan's gross domestic product (GDP) (Ba1 rating, stable outlook) was 1.1 percent, but already in 2024 may exceed 2 percent, and in 2025, according to the forecasts of this rating agency, to reach a growth rate of 3 percent.
"GDP growth is supported by the growth of trade volumes, high energy prices in the world, implementation of investment programs and measures in monetary policy," the document agency noted.
