Energy projects are a good method of developing bilateral and multilateral relations. "Such projects will contribute to the integration of Georgia and Azerbaijan into large Europe," political scientist
Ariel Cohen, analyst of the Heritage Foundation (USA), told Trend via telephone from Israel on 14 November, commenting on the fourth energy summit held in Baku on 14 November.
" Ukraine is the key state for the energy corridor. As a transit side, it is very important," said Cohen.Analyst also considers desirable the participation of Russia in these energy operations."It is important that Russia would be completely informed of the plans, and even took certain part in them because as Americans says, "it is better to have Russia in the large tent than outside," said analyst of the Heritage Foundation.
The projects, which make it possible to ensure energy security of Europe and create alternative routes of oil and gas deliveries, were discussed at the Baku summit.
