BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 17. Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, during a meeting with the newly appointed Ambassador of Russia to Azerbaijan Mikhail Yevdokimov, commented on the statement of the Russian Foreign Ministry dated July 15, 2023 on the tripartite statement and the peace process, Trend reports.
Minister noted that issue of “rights and security” of Armenian residents mentioned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation will be resolved within the framework of national legislation of Azerbaijan, and for this purpose, the dialogue was initiated with Armenian residents.
During the meeting, the importance of developing relations between Azerbaijan and Russia within the framework of bilateral and multilateral agreements, in the conditions of good neighborliness, friendship and mutual understanding was emphasized.
