The head of the Baku City Chief Police Department (BCCPD) Maherram Aliyev met on 18 November with the Azadlig bloc representatives, BCCPD deputy headYashar Aliyev told Trend.
At the meeting with participation of Maherram Aliyev, Yashar Aliyev, the first deputy of the Baku prosecutor Hafiz Hadjiyev, representatives of the Azadlig alliance Hasan Kerimov (the Popular Front Party of Azerbaijan (PFPA, reformists), Mammad Zeynalov (Musavat party) and Nureddin Ismaylov (Democratic Party of Azerbaijan) technical issues in regard to the rally, scheduled by the Azadlig alliance for 19 November were discussed. The arrangement was achieved between the sides, that the action should be completed in the time set by the Baku executive power.
