Hasanov said that the law was adopted in presence of the experts of the Council of Europe and the expertise was held twice. First time, the President of Azerbaijan returned the law to the Parliament and the act was devised with the experts of the Council of Europe. Hasanov said that the concluding option of the law was adopted after receiving all their commentaries. Hasanov justified this initiative of the Council of Europe through the issue that the Head of the National TV and Radio Council of Azerbaijan complained during the meeting with the representatives if the international organizations about the limitation of the Council authorities as comprised with other European countries

The Head of the Council considers that they have not enough opportunities to interfere in the activities of the TV channels and asked to reconsider several items of the law.
