The meeting ceremony of Azerbaijan President, Ilham Aliyev has been held in front of the Palace of the German Cabinet of Ministers, Trend reports referring to National AzTV Channel. Angela Merkel, German Chancellor, met the Azerbaijan President.
Today, the Head of the Azerbaijan State will meet Franc Walter Steinmeier, German Federal Foreign Minister.
Mr. Aliyev will meet chiefs of German leading companies within a round table discussion. On February 15, the Azerbaijan leader is expected to deliver a speech on the topic of Azerbaijan in 21 Century: Development and Perspectives in the Conrad Adenauer Foundation.
Representatives of different political and business circles of Germany, members of the German Bundestag, officials of the German Government, and representatives of the society are expected to take part in the arrangement to be organized by the Azerbaijan Embassy.
In addition, a business-forum with the participation of representatives of business circles of both countries is expected to be orgaznied within the agenda of the present visit of the Azerbaijan President.. The forthcoming forum will be held with the participation of the Azerbaijan President and Michael Gloss, German Federal Economic and Technologies Minister.
