Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. К.Zarbaliyeva / The trial of the deputy chief of the Police Department of the Absheron region of Azerbaijan and other people charged with the attempted murder of the head of the Executive Administration of Absheron, Zakir Farajev, has ended.
The Public Prosecutor, Chingiz Shukurov, requested 14 years imprisonment for Elman Aliyev, 12 for Azad Guliyev, the former deputy chairman Arif Aslanov to 11 years, Mammadhasan Agayev to three months, Tratul Mammadov to five years and three months and Azizaga Mahdiyev to six years.
The lawyers of other defendants will deliver their closing speech during the process scheduled for 26 November.
