Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. Z.Safarov / The Azerbaijani grand master Shahriyar Mammadyarov has the second rating among the World Cub participants. The competition starts in Khanty-Mansiyskon on 24 November.
The twice champion among youths, as well as bronze winner of the European Championship, Mammadyarov is considered one of the favorites like the other chess player Teymur Rajabov.
A lot of well-known grand masters from Ukraine, France, Russia, Holland and other countries will take part at the World Cub.
